Children’s Residential Care Practitioner

Proline Care are seeking experienced Residential Children’s Support Workers for a Children’s Service in Castleford.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Support young people through their daily routines
• Act as a role model
• Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
• Following Care plans and Risk Assessments
• Communicating with residents and colleagues

Experience/Requirements:

• Experience working in children’s residential care
• Full UK drivers licence
• Clear DBS
• Level 3/4 in Children Workforce or be willing to work towards this
